I think I know what happened in my previous experience! I used the mind quest again last night (one frightening experience isn’t going to stop me). I used it twice, one with Ultra meditation two then the expanding your psychic powers mind script. (My favorite mind script, I highly recommend that one especially if you use mind quest with it on number 2 like you’re suppose to and actually go in to a full-blown trance, it’s absolutely outstanding). Any way … Last night (I’m not going to go in to the experience) but I went under deep again and when the lights and CD stopped I did not try to come out of it, I let it slowly happen on it’s own. It took several minutes but I did come out with ease.
I didn’t let it happen on it’s own the night before and panicked when I thought I should be out of it, but you can’t expect to go into a deep trance and then just jump out of it, you have to let it happen on it’s own…. A bird doesn’t just fall out of the sky, it slowly comes in for a landing.
I should have known better and I’m sorry I thought I had to ask a question about it. Since I was a small child the only way I could sleep is by following the darkness until I saw spastic light formations, then watch those until I was fast asleep. Then a couple of years ago I began to go into self induced trances by using different steps from different people, such as some things I read from the Monroe institute, Seth (ok he’s not alive but he still has great ideas) Shamans and dream healing techniques. I did not know about your machine at the time and wanted to get answers from my subconscious during my dream states. So I used all those steps at one time and yes I went somewhat under (nothing compared to mind quest) and gained some inner knowledge, but… And this it a big BUT, It was terrifying. I had nothing to guide me, nothing to lead me and show me where to go. I had frightening nightmares, night after night the feelings of always watching over my shoulders during my waking hours. Fear was dominate, I truly believe I went crazy for about a month until my fiancé DEMANDED I stopped doing it… He had a better way… It was called Super mind, Mind Quest.
I was not skeptical, I had no doubts. Only truly BELIEVED that this was going to work. I believe anything he tells me, may be a fault of mine but I typically always believe what he is saying. I read the book and believed what you, Dane were saying. No doubts, no skepticism. Just believed it, still do… I think that’s the main factor in achieving something you know you can do. You can’t say, “I don’t have a craving for a cigarette” When you’re staring at your pack and playing with the lighter. You have to undoubtedly and whole heartily believe it.

I have been useing zygon tapes for years. I was trying to contact zygon to order new stuff but could not find them. Then I received a mailing from Dane and the rest is history...I am back on track. I have used the Center Point program for three years also some of the Monroe Institute stuff, Avatar and the Sedona Method. I have enjoyed all of them but have found the UM series very potent. I would like to share a simple method to help anyone interested in super charging their sonic meditation sessions...note this also works without the tapes. Just prior to begining ...say aloud to yourself...a number of times, in a gentle but firm .. instructional manner..
{your name} "open up..close your eyes and look"... Then do just that, close your eyes and turn them slightly up...note.. keep within your comfort zone...and then look...observe...just look.... don't look for anything specific..let your inner conciousness in the moment-from source-bubble up and paint on your minds eye .. keep looking....as your thoughts intrude just gently let them pass by..just keep focused on looking...within a short time things will begin to happen in your third eye...the time frame will vary...it will be subtle at first, and every experience will be differant but the visuals will intensify with regular practice. I can truthfully say that this method I call "Trans/acctual/inner/visual/intuitivisum" has inriched my meditations, bringing me to heightened levels of experience and contributed much to my life. Note: the act of looking puts you into an inner state of awareness...it gives you focus... opens you up and assists the tape or cd in by passing your conscious mind penetrating your subconscious opening you up to deeper levels of experience. Try it out it will prove to be a trip for most of you. In the begining don't try to influence the session by thinking of anything in particular except to remind yourself to open up and look. This has greatly inhanced all of my meditation sessions. remember...
Open Up .. Close Your Eyes .. and Look!
