I think I know what happened in my previous experience! I used the mind quest again last night (one frightening experience isn’t going to stop me). I used it twice, one with Ultra meditation two then the expanding your psychic powers mind script. (My favorite mind script, I highly recommend that one especially if you use mind quest with it on number 2 like you’re suppose to and actually go in to a full-blown trance, it’s absolutely outstanding). Any way … Last night (I’m not going to go in to the experience) but I went under deep again and when the lights and CD stopped I did not try to come out of it, I let it slowly happen on it’s own. It took several minutes but I did come out with ease. <BR> I didn’t let it happen on it’s own the night before and panicked when I thought I should be out of it, but you can’t expect to go into a deep trance and then just jump out of it, you have to let it happen on it’s own…. A bird doesn’t just fall out of the sky, it slowly comes in for a landing. <BR> I should have known better and I’m sorry I thought I had to ask a question about it. Since I was a small child the only way I could sleep is by following the darkness until I saw spastic light formations, then watch those until I was fast asleep. Then a couple of years ago I began to go into self induced trances by using different steps from different people, such as some things I read from the Monroe institute, Seth (ok he’s not alive but he still has great ideas) Shamans and dream healing techniques. I did not know about your machine at the time and wanted to get answers from my subconscious during my dream states. So I used all those steps at one time and yes I went somewhat under (nothing compared to mind quest) and gained some inner knowledge, but… And this it a big BUT, It was terrifying. I had nothing to guide me, nothing to lead me and show me where to go. I had frightening nightmares, night after night the feelings of always watching over my shoulders during my waking hours. Fear was dominate, I truly believe I went crazy for about a month until my fiancé DEMANDED I stopped doing it… He had a better way… It was called Super mind, Mind Quest. <BR>I was not skeptical, I had no doubts. Only truly BELIEVED that this was going to work. I believe anything he tells me, may be a fault of mine but I typically always believe what he is saying. I read the book and believed what you, Dane were saying. No doubts, no skepticism. Just believed it, still do… I think that’s the main factor in achieving something you know you can do. You can’t say, “I don’t have a craving for a cigarette” When you’re staring at your pack and playing with the lighter. You have to undoubtedly and whole heartily believe it.
