I learned the Sedona method at a workshop in the mid '80's and have benefited from it enormously. I think the most beneficial aspect for me was the tremendous increase in awareness about the emotions and thoughts that were underlying my tension and my actions. I never made it a habit to practice the method continuously, but when I remember it I do it and it is always helpful except when I've been swept up in the currents of emotions and then need a more powerful form of release.

On another note, I'm curious to know how you would compare the ultra meditation series to the centerpointe tapes? have they affected you differently? how far did you go with the centerpointe program?

Janis (ps. please send copy of your reply to my e-mail as I can't get onto the web very often) my email is bell.270@osu.edu
