its been about four days that i've been doing Ultra Meditation and since day one i can't even begin to explain the experience. its much like a cranial-sacrum therapy session without the facilitator...
my body just won't stay still while it unwinds incessantly during the listening period.

has anyone experience anything at all like this?

yes i have, i have a hard time keeping still too....ive been using it for 4 days........its seems like i go in and out of this "state" and my body moves.......the more i listen to the cds, the more prevelant this "state" is. the movement of your body-----i dont think is anything unusual.
