Is anyone else out there using Ultra Meditation involved with the study of Buddhism and the practice of meditation in that format (sitting meditation - zazen)? I have just started on that path in recent months and I would be more than interested in the experiences (positive or negative) of others. JE

under the kundilini section we talked about some expeirenes i had if your interested. i'm studying toaist charn techniques in conjunction with my martial arts, (which are simalar to zen). after using the cd for about two weeks it seems i have less trouble with my mind wondering of in class. i'll keep you posted. good luck.
