I mentioned in another post that a book I've written for Dane, called "Freedom From Stress," will soon be available. The book is a 30-day program for personal transformation that comes with the "Mastering Stress" Brainsupercharger CD and is packed with the best transformational tips and techniques I've run across.

The book also includes several scales (outcome measurement devices) for use with the program: a Stress and Flow Chart and a Personal Transformation Planner.

It struck me, with all this QLink excitement and talk of scientific studies, that it would be neat to adapt the Personal Transformation Planner so we could use it to do our own informal study of our response to QLink (or any other Mind-tek product, for that matter). So I'm in the process of doing this now and should have it ready in a day or so.

When it's up for download, I'll post another message with the details on how to get it. If enough of us get involved with this project and want to compare/combine notes, maybe I'll even compile our results and write it up.

I think this could be a lot of fun for us Mind Warriors!

Thanks for doing this Diane!! I'm sooooo antsy for your book to be available, as I am with other titles Dane's got in the works. I just love the Brain Supercharger book and CD. I almost did a pre-order of all of the new titles with Amazon.com so I'd automatically get them as soon as they were ready to ship. Practicing patience though and waiting until Dane announces them on Mind-tek.

Be Well,
Nita

Hi, Treeheart!

Yes, the adapted Personal Transformation Planner used with respect to various of Dane's own and referenced products could be "neat". Moreover, if done properly, it could serve as research to further validate Dane's products. By "properly" I mean done so with consistency by those who join the project. To help motivate participants to consistency, you might give participants a special designation (title), as well as some sort of reward (perk) for responsible, consistent participation.

Just my "2 cents worth".

Cosmo
