Mr. Spotts had a previous Co. that is no longer in business(Zygon Int.). I purchased the learning machine within 30 days it broke, but since the co. was now defunct the warranty was basically worthless. $700.00 worth of machine and programs . Now that I have found this new company that he has, he has offered to fix my machine for a price. Sound like a good warranty to me. Be wary of any thing you purchase at this site.Watch for my update on how this matter is handled.It sounds as if a refund is in order. Lets see what the public thinks of my delema?
Dear allendwar;

The Learning Machine business/Zygon was sold in 1996. The new company has supported all warranty and out-of-warranty requests. They must have not heard from you thus your displaced anger. However as has already been offered to you in a private email, your unit will be repaired or replaced if that is your wish. Please contact customer support directly to arrange for it. Because your unit is out-of-warranty (for 3 years now) there is a small fee for repairing/replacing it. I'm sorry but I'm not in control of it.

If you wish you may email me off the forum and I will be happy to discuss your specific situation in detail and help you resolve it. I would ask that you not use this forum for complaints/customer support issues, as it is not the appropriate venue. There are other means to get resolution to your matter.
