Have you seen the light?

I have been using the Ultra Meditation CD's for over 3 months. I used UM1, UM2 for 30 days each and I am onto UM3 on day 40. As yet I have had no clear results, although I go into deep relaxation.

On out of this world experience, nothing really!

I use the UM CD's daily and I was wondering if anyone has really had a genuine experience ?

I am a bit disappointed so far, does any kind friend have any advice?

Well I can understand what you say!
A few questions: Are you very intellectual? Can you stop thinking easily?
if you have problems quieting your mind you may experience what you do and your concern should be in that direction. Maybe you want to read the book "The power of now" from Ekkehard Tolle which you can get at amazon. For me this book brought me a much deeper understanding in that area. Still my progress is slow, but at least understandble.

Do not try to force it - try first to understand and overcome your obstacles.

Thanks for your reply, I thought everyone must have ENTERED the light!

About your two questions, firstly dohhhhhh and of course I can quiet my mind, In fact very easily.

The light at the end of the tunnel is probably a train!

But seriously though thanks for the intel on the book, might just check it out.
