Hello

I have recently purchased the UM Cds and I am on the 4th day of the first CD.

Can I listen to the brain boost cd on the same days as the UM CD. I noticed that a similar question in the forum was not answered and I am very curious for any opinions.

Hi,

In answer to your question about the brain boost CD.

The Mozart Brain Boost is not a meditative CD so you can listen to it whenever and as much as you like.

I used the Super Intelligence CD last thing at night as I was falling to sleep and the UM CD first thing in the morning when I awoke. The Brain Boost I use whenever I am studying, working things out or simply just thinking.

As you go along you'll find what works best for you, so just experiment and see.
