Dear Dane, <BR>\ I did an overhaul of my listening habits as you suggested because I was having trouble relaxing. I was trying to listen to 6-8 CD's a day, but after reading your reply, I cut it down to the Supercharger in the am along with the Mozart Brain Boost sometime during the day, and then a CD before bedtime. I had hesitated to listen to the CD's at night because you said listening to the Supercharger might keep you awake, and I was afraid they were all like that, but I haven't had a problem with sleep. As a matter of fact, I usually fall asleep during the second track, only to awaken when my CD player shuts off--I hope sleeping during the track isn't a problem?! Anyway, listening to them at night like this has allowed me to relax immensely. Sometimes I get antsy, and then I pull out my journal and write down my thoughts. My question for you now is this--I have three of the Brain Supercharger CD's--how long do you recommend listening to one before going to another? And also, is it best to listen to the same CD for a length of time, or is it just as beneficial to listen to it for a week at a time and rotate between the three? Which method would give me the most benefits quicker? Thank you. Also, I e-mailed you about the cost and availability of the procrastination CD but I never heard back from you.
