I've been using the UM CDs now for over 60 days & I am tempted now to call it Quits. The last time I was meditating on UM2 & about 5 minutes before the tape ended I had a very unsettling experiance.I had the sensation like I was going to fly right out of my chair. It felt like I finally came to with a minijolt & I grasped the arms of my chair real Quick-like.I remember when I used to do the old-fashioned TM,I might have fallen asleep but never like this.I feel that I should go on with this but I don't care for this Floating around stuff.I guess I'm just a big chicken. Don't quit, keep it up. That "fear" is just the old you trying to hang on to the status quo. Your mindscripts try to resist change but your true mind, which is linked to all others in the universe, is trying to communicate. Whatever you do, don't stop now. Fear is an illusion, a barrier to change and evolution. Keep going!
