Shamanic CDs and MindQuest--Dane?

Diane, my advice is to experiment with different combinations. The CD is not going to sync perfectly anyway with the matrix you program, so you might want to experiment with the variables and see what works for you. I would try an 8cps and play with the pitch. Also try preset #9.

Dane, you will know this better than anyone, probably. I have just purchased the first two CDs in Michael Harner's "The Way of the Shaman" set. I would like to custom program some sequences into my mind machine so I can use the light glasses while I am doing journeys, to see what kind of experience I get. <BR> <BR>Can you recommend cps settings that might be most effective with these? I notice that there are, like, four beats per second on some of the drumming or digerridu sequences on Harner's CDs. Does that mean I should program a 4 cps setting into the mind machine? Also, if you were doing this yourself, what entrainment type would you use? <BR> <BR>I take it we cannot custom program and save any more than one entrainment type per save. I was hoping I could program in switching between the entrainment types such as we have on the pre-sets, but I can't figure out how to do that. <BR> <BR>And speaking of pre-sets, what pre-set program(s) would you think would work best with the shamanic journeying CDs I mention above? <BR> <BR>I'm just trying to get the most use out of your product that I can.
