We need a "good books" thread, and I couldn't find one so I'll start it here. Books we love are scattered all over the forum, so I'll just re-mention a few of my favorites that I'm re-reading now: <BR> <BR>"The Holographic Universe" by Michael Talbot <BR> <BR>"Shamanism as a Spiritual Practice for Daily Life" by Tom Cowan <BR> <BR>I'm also reading an interesting article on breathwork right now that ties in a lot of material on a lot of things of interest to us here: Zimberoff, D., &amp; Hartman, D. (1999). Breathwork: Exploring the frontier of "being" and "doing." Journal of Heart-Centered Therapies 2:2, 3-52. You may possibly find it through a university library. The journal is published by the Wellness Institute.
