The CD's are great. I often lack the time to dive deeply into them. I can imagine a weekend workshop where like minded "mind warriors" could come together and devote themselves to their own journey....with a "facilitator-guide" that is experienced to answer questions. Does such a gathering exist already? Is there an interest in this??

I've been wanting to start an informal self-help group when I move to Tallahassee, FL, next month that explores complementary healing methods. Your question prompts me to start thinking about including consciousness expansion in the format of the group--including Dane's great CDs.

I, too, have difficulty making time for the CDs. I do them right before bed, when I'm in that sleepy hypnogogic state and know I can just let go and float off. That way, I'm already relaxed and my mind is not racing with all the things I think I have to do. I sleep very well after listening to the CDs, and I usually take the headphones off and toss them to the other side of the bed without even realizing I've done it. Sometimes, too, I just put them on on continuous repeat. My mind seems to know when I need to stop listening, and I take the headphones off then. Try it this way and see if it makes a difference for you.

Diane
