View Full Version : Trouble playing UM CDs?

My UM I will play. I can get UM II to play after repeated efforts to jiggle it and trick it into going. UM III, IV, V, after testing will absolutely not play. I think it's because they are so thick. I'm disappointed, because I don't want to stop my work with them. All the others I received play fine.

I'll have to return these for replacements, apparently, but I'm wondering if anyone else has had this difficulty and how they resolved it. Maybe there's a trick?

Diane

Dear Diane,

It doesn't make sense that the other disks don't play in your CD player. These are very precise manufactured items, that are uniform in size and specs. Try using a different player, make certain you are using fresh batteries or AC power. If there is a problem then please call or email customer support for replacement. Thanks.
