I've just recorded some affirmations on a tape that I plan on listening to before I fall asleep. Should I lower the volume until my conscious mind can't distinguish the words or does it matter? Any thoughts about this would be appreciated.
It has been reported that the Egyptian Pharaohs some 5000 years ago used to hire "whisperer's" who would stand by their bedside and sing positive affirmations while they were sleeping/dreaming. Try it with different volume levels and see how it works for you. You might want to get an endless loop tape (or an auto reverse player) and let it run all night. Would you post your results and let us all know how your experiment turns out?
