View Full Version : Is it necessry to lie down, when suing the Brain Supercharger CD?

I have time, however not always near places that I can lie down. I would like to try listening to the cd while at work, and or during traveling and sometimes while at the library. it is very difficult to utilize this program if I have to lie down all of the time. Please give me other possiblities.

Sometimes I fall asleep when listening the Brain supercharge Track. Am I having benefits from this situation?
