Ed, <BR> <BR>That sounds really cool. I'm happy for you. <BR> <BR>I also feel I'm making rapid progress. Each time I meditate, I feel I'm going deeper and deeper. Today, "I" was gone; there was only the sound. <BR> <BR>By the way, were you the one that asked about voices on the UM cd's? I've never heard voices but, I do hear bells. Some of them are loud and strong like sleigh bells and others are soft and tinkling. I assumed this was part of the program--is that so???

Wow, I think I just had a right brain event! I was <BR>thinking randomly with a pen in my hand when I <BR>began to write.."Peace...Harmony...Love...Omni- <BR>existence...flow." Then it hit me PHLO - flow! <BR>Really wild! <BR> <BR>I'm not saying I've never had a right brain event <BR>before but it is rare for me to simply recognize <BR>it as such. Usually it just happens and I smile <BR>and move on. Now with the use of the CD's I <BR>realize there is communion between the two halves <BR>of my brain and that the PHLO or flow elements <BR>exist to make it so. Pretty cool! <BR> <BR>~Ed
