I have just completed my first 60 days in the ultra program. I read the entire Super Brain Power book and listened to the Ultra meditation cd's 1 and 2 and I have just started number 3. I have also listened to the different tracks that came with the book. I was advised to do each of the first two Ultra cds for 30 days each - which I did. Do I have to do each of the remaining Ultra cd's for 30 day periods? If so it will be years before I listen to all of them. When do I listen to the tape series by Sonia Choquette? Should I finish the Ultra 5 level cds before moving on to the others? <BR> <BR>My basic question is how should I listen to the remaining Ultras, the 9 trans mind, secret to living, find your mission and mind power secrets cds? Is there a preferable order or listneing period? <BR> <BR>I find the tapes very relaxing and loook forward to your advice for maximum results. <BR> <BR>R.B.Guthrie

Dear RGuthrie, <BR> <BR>Wow, you really have a problem don't you!!! I couldn't help but laugh 'cause you sound just like I did when I got all of my "stuff"! <BR> <BR>Dane is your authority on how to listen to his cds. From my experience, I did the first UM cds pretty much like you've done them and then moved on through the rest at about two week intervals. After I'd done this, I found I wanted to turn around and go back to UM I for awhile and then II or just whatever felt good. <BR> <BR>As for the rest, I've listened to three of the healing music cds and, I think two or maybe three of the others (Zen Meditation, Mayan Enlightenment). I have yet to unwrap any of the others. I've found these cds, particularly inner harmony and spiritual healing, beneficial when I'm feeling down or "agitated"; they help me get through those periods without fighting them...just lettin' 'em flow on by! I use Zen Healing whenever I don't feel quite up to par physically...it really does work! <BR> <BR>I use the UM cds as the backbone of my program and intersperse the others, as needed!, and then, if there's some behavior I want to modify or change, I use the MindLab cds maybe three times a week..whatever feels right. <BR> <BR>Sonia Choquette is wonderful.
