I was talking to some friends about lucid dreaming and it made me realize that with UM I have started doing a kind of lucid body dreaming while I'm awake, almost effortlessly. I wanted to share it with you and see if others here are experiencing anything similar. <BR> <BR> <BR>I am more aware of and am differently visualizing my organs, as though I am seeing what they look like in a parallel universe--or what they REALLY look like. The perceptions usually start in UM meditation or shamanic trance, but then they maintain themselves into waking-state consciousness. (These experiences have been facilitated by my reading "The Holographic Universe," which is helping me get in touch consciously with what I already deeply KNEW about the holographic nature of reality.) <BR> <BR>Examples: <BR> <BR>Part of my brain has for quite some time seemed like an inverted dark glass chalice studded with star "holes" (imagine an inverted cone made of a star-studded night sky that starts at the crown and comes to a point at the base of the limbic system) that I use to "hold" a three-dimensional image of a person or a crystal I've given a person or even the whole universe (imagine a hologram). I can be sitting here talking to y'all, not even trying to visualize this happening, and I'm aware that a higher energy/light/spirit is being channeled into that chalice through those stars, shining onto and infusing whatever is being held within this brain-cone. The light shines two ways, radiating back out into me and showering sparks of healing/light/energy through my body. What a tingly, effervescent feeling! <BR> <BR>Yesterday, I had a vision that my uterus (which I've had mucho problems with in the past) was this heavy, clear crystal peach-shaped organ. I was doing Reiki on my second chakra while listening to UM III, and first some of the showering brain sparks traveled into my uterus and sort of reamed it out; then I saw it was really this crystal peach. Then, wherever my fingers were touching, it was like one of those lightning globes (you touch a spot on the clear globe and electric "lightning" surges to strike wherever you touch it). Corresponding to the placement of my fingers on my belly, jagged light beams were generated inside of the "peach." These beams converged at the innermost core, creating a three-dimensional holographic image of me (straight-backed, slender, with a commanding presence) that looks very different from the way I see myself (pudgy, somewhat stooped in posture, a "less than" or "not enough" look). <BR> <BR>What is amazing is that the powerful me looks so REAL compared to the me I see in the mirror! <BR> <BR>When I came out of this "peach" vision, the image stayed with me, kind of like I was walking around pregnant with this tiny but full-grown me inside of me. I realized this is a future self that I am in the process of creating, and that just like my brain is the organ for channeling healing/light/energy through to whatever is being "held" therein, my uterus is the organ for incubating and manifesting whatever realities I choose to "hold" and "grow" there; it's fertile soil; it's for giving birth. <BR> <BR>It's a little exciting... :>! <BR> <BR>Diane
